- All references to “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Company” refer to the Individual Entrepreneur mentioned above. All references to “you”, “your”, or “Customer” refer to the user of this website or purchaser of our products.
2. Merchant of Record (Paddle)
- Our order, checkout, and payment process is conducted and managed by our online reseller, Paddle.com.
- Paddle.com Market Ltd (and its affiliates) is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through experts2biz.com.
- Paddle handles all international tax compliance (including VAT/Sales Tax), payment processing, and billing-related customer service inquiries. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. Intellectual Property & License Grant
- All digital products, Notion templates, dashboards, layouts, graphics, and written content on experts2biz.com are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected by international copyright laws.
- Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable single-user license to download, duplicate, and use the purchased Notion template within your personal or internal business Notion workspace.
- Prohibited Uses: You strictly agree NOT to resell, redistribute, sub-license, share the original Notion duplication link, bundle with other products, or publicly publish any part of our templates, modified or unmodified. Each purchase is for one (1) individual user only.
4. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer (Notion)
- Our products are built on and designed for use with the Notion platform (provided by Notion Labs, Inc.).
- We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.
- You acknowledge that you need a valid Notion account to use our products. We are not responsible for any technical issues, outages, data loss, or changes in Notion’s functionality or pricing that may affect your ability to use our templates.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As Is”)
- All templates and digital goods are provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the templates will meet your specific business requirements, that their operation will be completely error-free, or that they will guarantee specific financial or operational results for your business.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or system downtime arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
- In any event, our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific digital product that caused the dispute.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.
