Because our products are digital goods delivered via internet download or direct links, we generally operate a strict No Refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Nature of Products and Final Sales
All products available for purchase on experts2biz.com (including but not limited to Notion templates, dashboards, and digital frameworks) are digital assets.
- Once you complete your purchase, you receive immediate access to the intellectual property.
- Therefore, all sales are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once the access link is provided or the template is duplicated into your Notion workspace.
2. EU Consumer Law and Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), European consumer protection laws generally grant a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for purchases.
However, by purchasing a digital product from experts2biz.com, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following:
- You request immediate performance of the contract (immediate delivery of the digital template).
- You explicitly consent that your 14-day statutory right of cancellation and withdrawal is fully waived and lost the moment the digital download or the Notion template link is made available to you.
3. Merchant of Record (Paddle)
Our order and payment process is conducted and managed by our online reseller, Paddle.com.
- Paddle.com Market Ltd (or its affiliates) is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through our website.
- Paddle handles all customer service inquiries, billing management, international tax calculations, and official payment returns where applicable.
4. Exceptions to the Non-Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds or store credits may be granted strictly at our sole discretion under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same Notion template twice in a single transaction, we will gladly refund the second purchase.
- Corrupted or Broken Link: If the link provided is proven to be broken, corrupted, or inaccessible, and our support team cannot fix the issue or provide an alternative link within 3 business days of being notified.
- Pre-orders: If you purchased a template on a pre-order basis and wish to cancel before the official product release/delivery date.
Please note: Dissatisfaction with the product design, lack of personal Notion skills, or changing your mind does not qualify for an exception.
